This appears to be last quarter 19th century Clough and Warren organ, walnut stained solid wood, most likely ebonized wood and xylonite keyboard, traces of use as you would expect. Organs in general, even of more attractive smaller size like this one, are hardly in demand today. The estimate is based on similar items actually sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item
