1903 Ottoman NCO short sword with scabbard

The sword is an ottoman nco short sword. There is an Arabic inscription on the blade reading “god is with us”. The blade is slightly blemished but in great condition. The handle is bronze and wood. The bronze D guard and handle has some blemishes but is still shiny. The scabbard is a little tight but is original steel
