This is an antique, 19th century, cast brass miniature or scale size toy military cannon on a wheel mounted gun carriage base. This is likely French and based on Napoleonic military weapons; the word on the underside is possibly Cluny, a French commune. There is surface patina and it is recommended to not shine or polish the surface; it is best to leave as-is. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables.
