Maybe some brass, looks to hold jewellery but not too sure the purpose. 6 Doors swing open.l to reveal pockets for storage on each with some type of holder in the middle, possibly for rings? It has a music box inside but it’s overturned and cannot play. Says made in Italy and plays Edelweiss Love Story. Swiss musical movement, made by Reuge. Height is approx 13 inches tall approx 21 inch around. Very heavy.

It has the design of a pavilion or turret and can be opened into four compartments to store small objects like jewelry. On the surface, this music box is decorated with enamel depictions of angels and floral decor. Under the bottom, we see a label of the company Reuge and Made in Italy. This piece was made in the second half of the 20th century. This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible. An estimation would be between 30 to 70 USD.
