Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: An antique French bisque bebe (doll) possibly by Emile Jumeau, circa 1900-1925 The painted bisque head with painted features (brown brows, eyes and mouth) brown hair, leather hands, wearing Baroque style brocade dress and leather shoes by the House of George Paine, which say "Shoe Soap Kid." Back of neck marked "10" with painted "VI / L." 27 inches CONDITION: appears to be in excellent original condition PROVENANCE: inherited by neighbor $600-900* *represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
