28" X 26" on artist paper, not sure if oil, water color, or pastel, but can see sketching under the medium.

I bought it at a yard sale given by Chuck Willoughby is South Beach Oregon. His mother passed away, her name was Carol Willoughby and she worked and acquired the painting from the Phoenix Museum.
