What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese Ukiyo-e woodblock print, depicting a scene from a kabuki play 加賀見山 . The very sloppy signature might read 豊国画 for Toyokuni III (Kunisada)
who lived from 1786-1864. He was known for his focus on theater and portraits of actors. Unfortunately this print is not listed in any of the larger publicly available collections, which could mean that it is very rare. The estimate is based on similar prints offered or sold at auction.
