What does this mean?

This is a later 19th century, circa 1870, Victorian era American Empire wood dresser with barley twist columns on each side and flame veneer fronts on the drawers with bulbous turned wood legs. The drawers are dovetail construction. The estimate is based on actual auction sale records of comparables.
