What does this mean?

This is a small, 8cm tall, vintage 20th century, powder blue glaze over white china bowl that was made by the English firm of Moorcroft for Liberty's of London. Usually Moorcroft wares are also hand decorated with floral surface designs. The powder blue glaze wares are part of a breakfast dining set. They were first produced by Moorcroft in 1913 for the tearooms in the Liberty of London flagship store. The impression stamp on the underside was not fully punched and it is obscured. Recently an 11 piece powder blue glaze partial breakfast set sold for $40USD (55AUD) at auction in January of this year in 2014 a 13 piece set sold for $130USD (175AUD). The estimate for the single bowl here is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of matches. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.

Please add dimensions and a clear, in-focus close up of the marks on the underside of this vase.

The dimension is presented in cm's in the description. 8cm in height and I will now add 6.5cm across the top opening.

Pictures of the markings uploaded.

Please add more clear, in-focus, well lit images of the vase and marks. As well, what are the dimensions?

Sharon busuttil Jul 24, 17:37 UTC

Do you understand centimeters?? Again I repeat as I have answered previously the bowl is 8cm in height and 6.5cm across the opening of the bowl AS MENTIONED ABOVE....TWICE.

The photos represent the best I can do with my camera. I can clearly see MOORCROFT. It is in Focus. It is VERY well lit. Can I have another 'expert' on this item please?
