What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese moon flask or pilgrim bottle porcelain vase of recent production, marked "nine" at the base, imitating / combining japanese Satsuma moriage decoration with a chinese shape. Such vases are usually sold on pseudo antique fairs or on online market places. The estimate is based on recent auction results, if described correctly. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
